Delivery times are expressed in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). They may vary depending on the period (holidays, sales, etc.).

Zone-Foot delivers in France 🇫🇷 and internationally 🌍.
Express delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.
📦 Order tracking
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.
Tracking is also available by contacting us via WhatsApp (button at the bottom right of the site).
❗ Delays and exceptional cases
Zone-Foot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or unforeseen events (strikes, weather, etc.).
If you have any concerns, we do our best to help you.
🏠 Incorrect address / unclaimed package
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address.
In case of:

Unclaimed package at the relay point or post office
➡️ No refunds will be made.
Reshipment is possible, but the costs will be entirely borne by the customer.
